The location of the hotel is central and convenient, with shops and the harbor within walking distance. the house provides ample space for families, with a spacious and comfortable sitting room. the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. the property also offers BBQ facilities and buckets for crabbing, adding to the overall experience.

The cleanliness of certain areas, such as the kitchen and front porch, left much to be desired.

The location of this place was mind-blowing! It was super close to amazing shops and the jaw-dropping harbor. We loved the convenience of having a fantastic deli and fish shop just a 2-minute walk away. The crabbing experience was so much fun, and having the buckets provided at the property was a great bonus. The house itself felt incredibly homely and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The spacious sitting room was comfortable , and the bedrooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The owner was very receptive to our concerns, even though they were not on-site, and assured us that remedial work had taken place. the size and location of this place were absolutely great! We also appreciated the amenities such as Wi-Fi, free parking, the option for fishing, the allowance of pets, and the no-smoking policy on site.

The house felt a bit run down, with issues like easily blown fuses and a leaking roof causing dampness in the upstairs bedrooms. cleanliness was a concern, with dirty areas in the kitchen and front porch, and even plates, bowls.

During our stay at Jicklings, we had a fantastic experience due to its great location and spaciousness. The size of the villa was perfect for our needs and it provided a comfortable environment for our stay in Wells-next-the-Sea.

There was one particular issue that affected our stay. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find that there was no mention of the ongoing building work happening next door.
